I did a toy review of the Adventure Time Undead People mini PVC figure set. These are really neat new sets that we got in. I also need to open the Candy People set with Princess Bubblegum. Algebraic!!

I took my sons to Star Wars Celebration VI this past weekend, here are some of the highs and lows..used our experiences from Celebration V for comparison.

Disappointingly Hasbro took the cheap way out this time. No Exclusives or Normal Release items for sale. Last show their freebees were Galactic Heroes and Vintage Card backs all day long - all 4 days, this year it was Fighter Pods at scheduled times / twice daily. And hey Hasbro, next time hire people to work your booth that want to be there, not a bunch of grumpy 20/30 year old with attitudes.

As far as Lego goes, Celebration V had some great exclusives (ESB Cubedudes) and giveaways (Concept Fett Minifigure). In preparation for this show, I searched the net for months trying to find out what their exclusives were going to be, but had no luck until I walked into the show. It was a Mini Slave 1 with Boba Fett in a Tin Can just like the Maul Exclusive from SDCC. Very cool set, a little pricey at $40, but a must have for my boys and I. Lego also had a Lego Building Event but no giveaway this time, but you got a free Legoland Tickets for each $75 you spent in the store.

Anyone else prefer the Series Two Capitol outfits of Peeta and Katniss to the heavy-jacketed Series One looks? Saw on eBay that these were out so I stopped by TRU yesterday hoping to find the two main characters in great supply and maybe one or two of the new exclusive figures, Cato and Rue.

Didn't happen.

What I did find was CASES of Cato and Rue figures and restocks of all three Series One figures. Not a single new outfit version of Katniss or Peeta. I thought this was odd, as the back of the package showed all four new figures, and they were on eBay. The Cato and Rue have TRU Exclusive stickers on them, but since when do companies ship complete cases of two new characters? I mean, YAY FOR THAT, but wah.

I thought maybe my TRU just got double-shipped accidentally, but I happened to be near a different TRU today and found the exact same pack-out situation, so I'm wondering is this a TRU-wide thing and if maybe they refused the new versions of the main characters? And if that's the case, anyone know of any real stores that carry these aside from FYE?

Well, this was unexpectedly early(listed as September) - and unfortunate as I wasn't expecting a $125+shipping purchase the day after I shipped my Pile-o-Loot since a ton of Diamond stuff (mostly minimates) came in stock this week. Does anyone even know what the BAF is? They don't even have it listed on their site yet. It'll be a while before I ship mine.

but this is a ridiculous deal. Reaper Minis, has a line of miniatures made out of plastic, (some ported over from their metal lines) and right now they're running a kickstarter.

At the Vampire Level, ($100) they've been adding bonuses as stretch goals. and it's gotten so ridiculous that it's over 200 minis at the $100 level. Normally each mini like that would be around $2.50-$4 depending on size. Plus this is the minimum level that you can pledge to get the cheap AddOns like the Dragons/Demons etc.

Even the accessories like the paints and cases are extremely cheap too. (to get the Paints/Cases you only need to pledge $1 + cost of paints/etc) and are close to 50% off what this stuff would normally cost.

If you've ever been interested in Miniatures or just want something to paint, this is a ridiculous deal. I actually use a lot of miniature painting tips/lessons to help custom paint a lot of my 6" + toys.

Yesterday i was really bored so i thought why not do an article on any action figure review. So then i came up with the review of Transformers Prime Megatron Voyager Class action figure. Check it out. Your feedback would be appreciated. Let me know if there is something missing or wrong in the review so i can correct it. I dont actually own Megatron voyager Class, so i collected information from multiple reviews. Hope you will enjoy it.
