I used a Wrestling figure( I forget his name). He's boots and belt are hand hand, and he is hand painted and sealed for protection.

Ultimate Fantastic Four
I use the Marvel Legends FF box set figures. Mr. Fantastic has sculpted gloves and boots, 4 arms, removable glasses, and energy rifle. Invisible Woman has sculpted gloves and boots and invisible shield. Thing has a sculpted body suit, removable cigar, and rocket launcher. Human Torch is a repaint. All figure are hand painted and sealed for protection.

Wraith figure from the GI Joe comic
I used a Marvel Legends Mordern Ironman for the base. He has hand sculpted chest, face plate, and wrist sword. The guns are from a ML War Machine figure and are removeable as is the sword. The figure is hand painted and sealed for protection.
