Spider-Man body, Stealth Iron Man head (with milliput nose), rifle from Lara Croft Tomb Raider.  I had to make one after seeing customizer Doubledealer's excellent version from CC9.

 

Hydra Agent

Total Justice Blue Beetle, with a milliput tunic.

 

AIM Scientist

Spiderman Chameleon body, cap from Hairspray bottle as helmet.

 

Hand Ninja (night infiltration uniform)

Ninja Wolverine Body, head is from 1st Toybiz Punisher, rubber removable hood is from Ninja Spawn, cloth shirt from Ninja Sabretooth.

Ultimatum Terrorist

Peter Parker body, Spiderman head, milliput beret, goggles from Alpha Flight Vindicator, uzi from Lara Croft Tomb Raider.
