The Avengers circa 1993, the time in Marvel history when every character decided to change costumes and/or wear a leather bomber jacket.
The 90's was a time for change. If you had a beard? You shaved it off. No beard? Grow some 5 o'clock shadow. If you used to wear green, go with red. Yellow? Try white. Even synthezoids got their color back after sporting the all-white look. For older & newer characters, it was a time for metal accessories... metal boots, metal legbands, or even just metal all over. And everybody had to don the obligatory leather jacket at least every other issue or so. And never, never forget that all-important headband.
