Marvel-Themed Crocs Footwear

Crocs announced a similar license with DC back in February.

Crocs, Inc. in License Agreement with Marvel

Crocs™ Footwear to Hit the Streets Featuring Marvel Universe Super Heroes

NIWOT, Colo. -- May. 15, 2007 -- Crocs, Inc. today announced that it has entered into a licensing agreement with Marvel Entertainment, Inc. to produce Crocs™ footwear and Jibbitz™ charms featuring characters ripped from the pages of Marvel's comic books including Captain America, The Fantastic Four, The Incredible Hulk, Spider-Man, and The X-Men.

Ron Snyder, CEO of Crocs, stated: "Marvel has created some of the best known Super Heroes and Super Villains of all time, many of which have been introduced to a younger, broader audience through major motion picture releases. We are committed to capitalizing on the growing popularity of our brands and Marvel's iconic characters through the creation of a line of products that will ring true with comic book enthusiasts and movie buffs alike."

The new line of Jibbitz™ charms will be available at select U.S. & Canadian retail locations in summer 2007 while the new line of Crocs™ footwear will debut later in the year.
