Dragon Models Gets Small With New Mini Line

dragon_minis_logo.gif - 9413 BytesIt is looking more and more like small is in again as another company annouces a smaller scale figure line. Taking a cue from Medicom's success with the Kubrick line, Dragon Models is throwing their hat into the ring with Dragon Minis.

Dragon Models is well-known, and highly-regarded for their high quality model kits and realistic 12" scale military and law-enforcement action figures. When the company first hinted that they would be producing smaller scale figures the assumption in the fan community was something akin to what 21st Century Toys is doing with their Ultimate Soldier XD line, realistic and highly-detailed.

Dragon surprised everyone when the first figures were recently unveiled at the Hong Kong Comics Festival held last month. The new Minis line captures much of the charm of Kubrick, but with added articulation at the elbows and knees. The figures will also stand just a tad larger than Kubricks at about 3".

Dragon is expecting this to be a very popular line.

RTM will bring you more information on Dragon's new line of Mini figures as it becomes available.
