LEADING SPECIALTY RETAILERS REPORT 50% SELL THROUGH RATE
FOR PALISADES' NEWEST HIT, THE RESIDENT EVIL ACTION FIGURES

Ellicott City, MD - Surpassing any of their previous 6-inch action figure lines, Palisades now reports amazing sell-through rates for their eagerly anticipated Resident Evil line of action figures.

Hot on the heals of the recently released Resident Evil Code: Veronica X for the PlayStation�2 computer entertainment system and amidst news of other titles being developed for the upcoming Nintendo GameCube, Palisades has recently received an overwhelming positive response for their Resident Evil line of action figures.

"It has always been our vision to produce the most articulated, most attractive and most accurate Resident Evil action figure in the market. Today, we've seen what that dedication can accomplish." reports a proud Mike Horn, President of Palisades.

During its premiere launch, the first series from the epic video game saga has seen mass acceptance from hobby and specialty toy vendors alike. Specifically, the 4-figure assortment has seen an impressive sell through rate of over 50% in the first month alone.

And that's not all - Palisades has just received test shots for the upcoming Series 2 assortment and they look amazing! Just as detailed as Series 1, this second set will have even more articulation and an even larger number of working accessories. Expect to see the second assortment on shelf sometime late in 2001.

This series has proven to be a wonderful success for Palisades and plans are already in the works for multiple other assortments to be released in 2002.

Series Two:
- Will consist of Claire Redfield, Alexia, Zombie Cob with Licker and Mr. X
- Will have a combined count of over 18 accessories
- Has an average of 14.75 points of articulation per figure
- Will have an SRP of $10.99
- Can be found in Electronics Boutique, Tower Records, all Musicland stores and hobby retailers worldwide
- Is expected to be on shelf late in 2001
