May 2009 - Sideshow Collectibles has a schedule for when you can pre-order their 2009 Comic-Con exclusive items. The pre-orders for 'attendees' and 'non-attendees' are on different days, so double-check which one you are ordering.

If you miss out on the pre-orders but still want the item, be sure to sign up for the wait list, as several ToyBuzz forum members have reported good luck in obtaining items via Sideshow's wait lists.
