Reasonable pricing....availabilities some now and newer ones July....................
Jeez, this forum has become a ghost town relative to a few years back.
I ascribe this silence to lack of viable product—outside of Hot Toy$, and kiddie blocko figures that must appeal to someone, I suppose.
The new Marvel Legends have a disease similar to the one infecting DC Universe Classics...(including, but not limited to) really poor, short-sighted character selection.
Bronze/Lead Age figures/versions mean nothing to me. (And 12yos these days have little interest in action figures.) I would not buy these at half their ridiculously high prices. Ditto the "New 52." I could not possibly be less interesting in DC's attempt to needlessly rejuvenate classic heroes into barely recognizable teenagers. It didn't work to turn Bugs & Daffy into toddlers several years back; why would anyone revisit this failed plan?
(Just as when some comic book hero "dies," I think we should start a pool as to how long it will take DC to realize what a bone-headed idea someone had (probably some exec's kid) and go back to square 1?
Figures it's a few days after the promo code expired, but if you need them...
Hey Buzzers,
Recently I wound up purchasing from two dealers in Hong Kong, two Marvel Universe characters, who were 3 3/4 size, the characters had a what I believe is a Norman Osborn head on a Gladiator body, and a Doc Ock head (animated/comic book) on a Chameleon body. You can tell by looking at the figure who's body, or head they are, but because of the neck and head combinations do not match up.
Both sellers had at least 50 of them. So it was not like there was just one of them put together like that. So my question is.....do these sellers buy these figures from the factories like this, or do you think they purchase certain heads and body combinations, and then combine them where they sell the figures from.
Regardless, they are soooo cool. I know it is fairly, I use the world fairly easy to pop the heads off of the Marvel Universe figures, and swap them to a different body. I know they are not test shot figures, or maybe they are.
Does anyone one know the answer why these figures are made? Just curious if anyone knows the answer.

See how long he stays up this time...................
All,
Hope it's OK that I put up a generic for sale message here - I'm cleaning out my JLU collection, and just put up an ad in the classifieds -
Cheers,
Matt
The Galactus Buster Iron Man armor is teased at the ending for the Marvel vs Capcom 3 video game when you beat it using Iron Man and you see Tony Stark building the Galactus Buster suit to combat against cosmic threats. Here I expanded upon the idea and created a custom Galactus Buster Marvel Legends figure using the center body from a DC Direct Stel, Mark 42 head and lower arms/lower body from a DC Universe Lex Luthor in armor figure with extended legs. His helmet and extra armored sections come from various Halo and Mega Blocks Iron Man parts. Generally Iron Man's armor is red and gold but in the teaser shot it has Galactus' colors in it, assuming that he used actual material from the defeated Devourer of Worlds to create the most powerful Iron Man armor in the galaxy!

I found all 3 of them this morning at the Wal-Mart in Warren, OH. When I arrived there were 3 Rhodey as Iron Patriot, 3 Iron Man Mark 42 and 2 Ultrons. I took one of each.
Ran across wave 2 in a Virginia Walmart. Thought that I found Jor-El but it turned out to be 7 Armored Zods. There was only one lone Faora. First new figures I have bought in a while.
Did anyone else notice at the end of the film, when he tries to stop one his suits from attacking Pepper that he can't talk to Jarvis because he lost his ear-piece.... He later, asks Jarvis without his ear-piece to blow the suits..... Even sort of motions to his ear when talking to Jarvis... ear-piece is clearly not there.... Isn't that a huge mistake?
