What is this toy called?

About 18 years ago I had a 4-wheeled ride-on toy that had handlebars that you moved forward and backwards to create locomotion. Depending on which direction the "cam" was on the rear wheels and whether you pushed or pulled first would decide if you went forward or backwards. Steering was controlled by the feet by simply turning the solid axle.

Anyone know what it's called?

Japan action figure shopping advice?

Folks, I may be heading to Japan for a business trip later this year. Not sure when yet, and I'm sure it would be in Tokyo, and would be busy with work but could weasel in a day or 2 to see the sights while I'm there and would get in some quality figure shopping too.

For collectibles, anybody have advice on a couple of must-see places to shop for figures like Revoltech or the high-end stuff like Hot Toys 1/6 figures?

It would be helpful to know good places for regular retail as well as specialty shops which aren't too far off the beaten track by train or cab ... and assuming I'm on my own for this excursion, with 0 Japanese language skill!

For Japanese stuff, I suppose I'm way old school as a fan of Godzilla, Yamato/Star Blazers, Macross, etc, but also a sucker for any well-done monster figures.

Only time I've been to Japan before was in '87 - and I still have some cool Transformers and other figures from that trip!

DX Hot Toys 2.0 Joker ( Ledger )

Just trying to understand is this going to me a new Hot Toys Figure or Just add-ons for the first Joker they did, If so this is great, I cant wait to see a new joker I wont have to pick of the 2nd market for 700!!!

Batman

Ironman figures #41-#46 plus concept

have these been released at the retail level or just to online stores.? there is also a subset of concept figures like the hammer drone and artilery armor war machine that are numbered 1-5. they looks good for the most part based on the pics that I have seen.

My review of the Hot Toys Jack Nicholson Joker!

Please check it out and comment -- can't tell you how much I love this figure. Think the only thing that would be better would have been an alternate Jack Napier head sculpt. Which begs the question -- which movie character that Jack's played would you like to see as an action figure?

Question about the Trickster Infinate Hereos figure

Hey Buzzers,
So the past few weeks I got back into the DC Universe figures, looking to see which figures I was missing in my JLU and Infinate Heroes line. Seeing these two scales (are some what, and I mean kinda close in size) and that both of these series has been able to fill in the gaps of superheroes that I dont have.

I ran across an Infinate Hereo Heatwave, which was in JLU series and then appeared in the Infinate series. Upon looking on ebay, there was one for the Infinate Heroes line but it was around the $75 range (there abouts). The I F Heatwave figure was very detailed compared to the JLU line. So I was veering towards finding this figure, someday, but I noticed that the person who was selling the figure also mentioned there was a Flash and Trickster. The person was selling the Flash but no Trickster.

Can anyone confirm will the upcoming MU Hulk be the same...

as the Hulk in Walmart Avengers 4 Pack? This figure looks to be the same as the MU one and I could the $30 at a lot of other stuff...

Other than the dark paint wash...is he going to be the same? Thanks.

Anybody else think Maria Hill will be sold individually?

But after the SDCC Helicarrier announcement I got to thinking that Maria Hill might show up in wave 4. I guess I'm being optimistic here (or just using some common sense) but there are a few things leading me to think this:

  1. Helicarrier Hill is using movie Widow's buck, but in SHIELD's comic colors - Wouldn't this be a simple running change during a production run of movie colors? I'm thinking it would be more cost effective to have a larger run of figures with a running change than a limited run with one color scheme.
  2. Maria Hill/Cobie Smulders is prominently featured in TRU's Avengers display - At first I thought it was weird that they had Nick Fury & Maria Hill there since Hasbro hadn't announced figures of either of them. Then Nick Fury was announced. Maybe Hill is next?

I guess we'll really know whether this is just wishful thinking when Hasbro releases a close-up shot of the figure, and we can see if the headsculpt looks like the Smulders or not.

Has anyone been able to find the Walmart exclusive Jim Gordon?

My Walmarts (6 different ones within a 50 mile radius) are all Batmans, and a few Banes. Sad
