Well, your intrepid Raving Toy Maniacs have dug up a little McFarlane Toys treasure that took even us by surprise....1/45 scale die cast Olympia Ice Resurfacers. Surprised? We were at first, but then it's not much of a stretch really, given how much Todd McFarlane loves hockey.

McFarlane Toys first started producing the die-cast resurfacers back in 1997, placing logos from various collegiate hockey teams from around the nation on the resurfacers. These die-cast beauties are most often sold in arena souvenir shops and sports memorabilia shops.

A special Spawn edition was produced as well for use as a promotional item.

So, all you McFarlane Toys completists have quite the monumental task ahead of you before you can complete a collection of all the various teams. Good luck!
