CHRISTMAS ORDERING GUIDELINES

Domestic (U.S.) customers should have all orders submitted no later than Friday, December 7th for ground (DHL @Home and Parcel Post) shipment - or Monday, December 17th for priority mail shipment.

International customers: please try to have your orders submitted by Wednesday, December 5th. Due to the complexities of international mail, including but not limited to delays sometimes created by customs clearance, we cannot guarantee that international orders will arrive in time for Christmas.

For late gift-givers: expedited shipping services - next day for U.S. customers in the U.S., and express mail for overseas customers, can be arranged on a special case-by-case basis. Please inquire only on the basis of understanding that these services are VERY EXPENSIVE.

Customers paying by money order should consider sending the payment by priority mail. Personal check payments are not recommend at this point.

SMALLJOES.COM will be closed from Friday, December 21st through Wednesday, December 26th. All orders and customer service inquiries will be processed when we re-open on December 27th.
