November 2007 - The Kentucky Star Wars Collectors Club is proud to announce our first ever Charity Raffle to benefit the Kosair Children's Hospital Foundation. Our goal is to raise $10,000 for this great cause, and to help do that we are going to be raffling off two great prizes. The grand prize will be a Master Replicas Limited Edition Studio Scale Millennium Falcon, and our second prize will be a Master Replicas Limited Edition Studio Scale Darth Vader Helmet.

Tickets are $20 each, and 100% of the money raised will go to the Kosair Children's Hospital Foundation. The Foundation's mission is to raise awareness and funds in the support of the Kosair Children's Hospital. These funds help support the hospital's programs and services in the areas of education, research, advocacy, equipment, and facilities for children's health issues.

Kosair is also there to take care of children regardless of a family's ability to pay for medical services. This is where the community comes in. Kosair Children's Hospital Foundation is a non-profit organization that relies on community donations for support. We at KSWCC are part of the larger Star Wars community who are always there in a time of need, so we are asking everyone in the Star Wars community to please give to this cause and help us make a difference in a child's life.

Raffle details:

• Each Ticket is $20, and there are no limits to the number of tickets you can purchase.
• Tickets will be on sale from now until December 15, 2007, and the winner will be announced on December 18, 2007.
• Tickets can be purchased using google checkout through the link on this page.
• Tickets may also be purchased by mail. Send payment (Money Orders Only) to KSWCC, PO Box 21326, Louisville, KY 40221.
• 100% of each ticket will be donated to the Foundation.
• Ticket sales are limited to the Continental United States.
• KSWCC will ship the prizes to the winner at no additional costs; however, we will be unable to ship to PO or APO boxes.
• Grand Prize Winner will be drawn from all tickets sold. Then that name will be put back into the pile, and we will draw for the second place prize. So there is a possibility you could win both great prizes.
