Newly Formed Company Will Present at International Toy Fair in New York City, February 12 � 15, 2006

Sale Creek, TN, February 1, 2006: Limited by CAS, Inc., a newly created sister-company of CAS Iberia, Inc. is pleased to announce its recent acquisition of certain assets of Palisades Entertainment, LLC. including both trademarked names, Palisades Toys™ and Factory X™.

The Palisades Toys™ and Factory X™ product lines will combine with CAS' existing LMTD™ line to offer a diverse line of licensed, pop-culture products to the toy and collectibles industry. Action Figures, Cold-Cast Resin Statues and Busts, Prop Replicas, and other products based upon high-profile licensed properties will be produced and sold under the LMTD™ banner.

This bold move by CAS Iberia, Inc. comes on the heels of the official spin off of Limited by CAS, Inc. into its own company late in 2005 while continuing to offer licensed products, distribution, and related services to the toys and collectibles industry as Limited had been doing since 2nd Quarter 2005. By acquiring the assets of Palisades Toys™, Limited by CAS greatly strengthens its licensing, design, marketing, manufacturing, sales and distribution services to both retailers and fans of not only Palisades, but of the entire toy and collectibles industry.
