SmallJoes.com

May 15, 2005 - (Sponsor Announcement) - News from SmallJoes.com:

Hi all,

We wanted to tell you about a few new things going on at SMALLJOES.COM.

GREAT NEWS!

We are pleased to pass along some great news. It appears that Hasbro will not entirely retire the GI JOE 3 3/4" line after all. The line will indeed retire from traditional brick and mortar retail stores such as Wal-mart, but new product will be available in more of a direct-to- consumer model. Hasbro has opened a new online store where they will market many of their brands, including GI JOE. The new GI JOE product will also be available from select online retailers, including SMALLJOES.COM.

To read more about this development, as well as see pictures of the first product assortment, visit here:

We have been told that (at least initially) Hasbro's online store will not be shipping outside of the U.S. International customers may continue to depend on SMALLJOES.COM to have the latest product at a competitive price.

GI JOE

Adventure Packs are now in stock, featuring: Kamakura w/ motorcycle, Sand-Viper w/ Glider, and Depth Charge w/ sled.

We have been able to restock a small quantity of Valor vs. Venom wave 7. Your best price is on the complete set purchase.

The "Storm Shadow unmasked" mail-in premium is now in stock. Agent Faces, last year's mail-in premium, has been restocked.

Defense Mech and Pulverizer alpha vehicles are back in stock.

Master & Apprentice II issue #3 and Reloaded issue #14 are now in stock.

We've recently stocked more special edition comics including the 2004 GI JOE convention exclusive cover of issue #31 as well as the convention exclusive preview for GI JOE vs. Transformers II. Be sure to check out all of the comic book categories for special edition and reprint covers. Most of these special covers have very small print runs and will likely end up being more valuable than the larger run 1st printings.

Two new must-have GI JOE collector publications have recently been stocked, they are:

- Mark Bellomo's ULTIMATE GUIDE TO GI JOE: 1982 - 1994

Mark's book is the new de-facto guide to collecting domestic (U.S.) GI JOE product released 1982-1994. Extensive photography and discussion of each figure and vehicle released in the original, classic line. Includes price guide.

- Derek Anderson and Ron Conner's INTERNATIONAL ACTION FIGURE ARCHIVE

Derek and Ron's book provides exhaustively researched pictures and details on GI JOE variants released internationally, and there were many! The most comprehensive printed publication on this subject. Includes price guide.

MICROMAN

The first three figures in the new Magne Force line are now in stock. Each awesome Magne Force figure has the extended articulation of highly magnetized ball-joints at the shoulders and waist. Figures can be disassembled, reassembled, or combined for your own creations. Figures also have magnets in the feet and thus can adhere to any metallic surface.

PALISADES TOYS

Now in stock - Army of Darkness 3 3/4" articulated figures from the hit cult movie. In addition to the standard assortment we also have a couple of retailer exclusives.

Palisades has plans to continue their 3 3/4" offerings later this year with Terminator and Planet of the Apes figures. We'll be bringing these to you as they are released.
