LOTR Attack Troll Status
We have some disappointing news regarding the Rotocast Attack Troll solid cases. Unfortunately this week we have been notified that Grand Toys will not be receiving solid cases of the Attack Troll. We are very unhappy that we are only being told now (about a week before they were scheduled to arrive) and we do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We have been informed that they were cancelled due to insufficient orders, Grand Toys was unable to meet the minimum quantity requirement to have these manufactured as solid cases. We think what happened was Grand believed they would meet the quantity and rather than tell us they�re not coming, they just kept waiting, expecting that they would meet the quantity requirement and have them made. We are not aware of what the minimum quantity requirement was but it must have been quite high as there was a lot of interest from retailers on this item. Because of this, we will not be receiving any stock on this item and we will therefore have to cancel all pre-orders we received for both solid cases and individual figures. We apologize again for this unfortunate turn of events, but if you have any questions or concerns at all, please do not hesitate to contact us.
