The store's official Grand Opening will be held Wednesday, November 3, at 3:30 p.m. and will feature a PLAYMOBIL Pirates and Princesses Parade where children ages four to 10 are invited to dress as their favorite princess or pirate and show off their costume. Celebrated New Jersey entertainer Mr. Ray will act as Grand Marshal of the parade and a ribbon cutting at 4:30 p.m. will officially open the store. Children associated with Stand for Children, a local grassroots organization, will participate in the grand opening and toys used for the grand opening day will be donated to the charity.

"With our new FunStore, we're inviting children and families to come and play in a giant play world. We're excited to provide this opportunity to families in New Jersey and New York."

The FunStore features two play areas for children to have a hands-on experience with the PLAYMOBIL worlds. Web kiosks invite parents to visit the PLAYMOBIL Web site and dive into the PLAYMOBIL world. Kids can also try out the only version of a video game of the Noah's Ark play set on a giant plasma screen!

PLAYMOBIL's Coming Home for the Holidays

In addition to opening a new FunStore, PLAYMOBIL is introducing six new toys for kids' holiday wish lists - Blackbeard's Pirate Ship, the Pirate Treasure Chest, Noah's Ark, the PLAYMOBIL Zoo, a Construction Crane and Tree House.
