June 2004 - Sideshow Collectibles has quite a bit going on lately:
- They recently announced their San Diego Comic-Con exclusives:
If you are attending Comic-Con, you can pre-order these online and pick them up at the show. If you are not attending, you can add your name to a waiting list, and after the show, 10% of the run of each of the exclusives will be sold through a lottery. (Names will be chosen at random from the waiting lists and then you can purchase the exclusives online through Sideshow.)
- The new Balrog of Moria sculpture has been unveiled. This version of the Balrog is a new sculpt and a smaller size (and smaller price tag) than the original version.
- The Sideshow-exclusive version of the New Nightmare Freddy Krueger action figure has sold through (he came with a tongue phone), but the regular version is still available.
- The Sideshow Collectibles Archive has been expanded to include 8-inch action figures.
- Two new pieces of framed art have been announced:
- Several new contests have been posted in Sideshow's Contest Section:
