The 1971 animated classic Here Comes Peter Cottontail will be released on DVD in early 2002, and Diamond Select Toys & Collectibles has announced that it will be limiting the sales of their "Here Comes Peter Cottontail" action figures to the specialty market during 2002.
What does this mean? That Peter Cottontail collectors should high-tail it to their local comic book store to buy these figures unless they want to wait a year or more to find them in mass-market stores.
Look for the action figures to be solicited in the January issue of Previews, which means that they will ship in March.
