February 2010 Hasbro Star Wars Q&A (Part Two)

February 2010 - Every couple of weeks, Hasbro will answer two questions per web site about their Star Wars products. Here are the questions and answers for the latest round:

1. I recently purchased the Walmart exclusive Clone set and was very surprised to see that the Clone Commando had new articulated legs. Is there any chance of the Commando, in one form or another, being released on a card? They seem to be popular enough and they are different enough from other clone as to sand out on the shelf.

Answer: Right now, there are no plans to get the Clone Commando out on a basic card but you can be sure that it is something we are looking at for either as a re-release of Delta Squad or some of the other Clone Commandos we've released. Thanks for the good word and the interest in the Commandos!

2. Back in an October Q&A, one of the answers referenced the names of the ARC-170 droid and Wedge's droid: http://www.toymania.com/news/messages/11570.shtml Did anyone ever find out their names?

Answer: We asked Lucasfilm whether there has been any decision, and learned that both droids in fact have official names now. The Droid from the ARC-170 Battle Pack is names R4-C7, and Wedge's R2 droid is R2-A3. Wedge and R2-A3 must only be together a short period, because he has an R5 during his numerous Rogue Squadron adventures. No idea what happens to R2-A3, but there you go. Thanks for asking!

Be sure to check out the previous Q&As as well.
