Hasbro's Marvel Q&A October 2009

October 2009 - Each month, Hasbro will answer three questions about their Marvel products.

Is anything being done to improve the paint quality on the Secret Wars figures? Series one had some issues and series 2 is nearly impossible to find with decent paint aps. Thanks.

Answer: Yes. We are constantly checking and working to improve the deco and overall quality of all of our figures.

Word has it that the Black Panther/Punisher body is being retired, which is fantastic news. Will Black Panther and Punisher be re-done with a newer, superior body, like the wave 5 Namor body?

Answer: The original Punisher/Black Panther body is being retired. If the demand is there for these characters, we will look to include new versions of them in the line. Stay tuned.

Will we get MU versions of characters from Wolv:Origins and Animated since the articulation on most of those was less but the price wasn't lower? I'm especially hoping for Colossus and Nightcrawler.

Answer: There are no plans for more Wolverine animated figures at this time, but the mutants will get their fair share of notoriety this year in the MU line.

Be sure to check out the previous Q&As as well.
