Hasbro's Marvel Q&A July 2009

July 2009 - Each month, Hasbro will answer five questions about their Marvel and Spider-Man products. The latest questions and answers are below:

1. With all the new Hasbro-branded tshirts coming out of Licensing Show, is there any chance that we'll see those never-made Mighty Muggs tshirts from Comic-Con 2008?

Answer: There are no mass market Mighty Muggs shirts in the works, sorry!

2. What's going on with Spidey & Friends?

Answer: There are no plans for Spidey and Friends product in 2009.

3. Any more 5" scale figures? Any chance of Celestials in figure or statue form?

Answer: There are no 5" figures currently planned. As for the Celestials, if they were to show up anywhere, it would definitely be in the Universe line.

4. Will the animated Spiderman line continue in the current scale or will it be shifted in to the smaller 4 inch scale to fit in with the Wolverine and the X-men line and the animated Iron Man line?

Answer: You'll get an eyeful of new Spider-Man product for Fall 2009 at Comic Con in less than one month. You may even see some sneak peeks into 2010.

5. Since the Marvel Universe line is centering around Secret Invasion (for now), why aren't there any Skrulls in it?

Answer: Ahhh, but there are! Check out the Skrull in the upcoming Gigantic Battles assortment (out this fall).
