The Incapable Buffy

This line of customs is based on three of Buffy's appearances in the episode "Life Serial" from Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Season 6 of the show focused on the real world, and this particular episode dealt with how Buffy had to readjust to normal life. However, the new super-villains named "The Trio" decided to test Buffy (each in their own way) and to discover her weaknesses. When Buffy returned to school, she was attacked by "evil lint" that caused her day to speed up and for her to miss her classes. When Buffy tried to get a job with Xander working construction, she was attacked by demons and fired. As a last resort Buffy worked retail at the Magic Box, only to be put under a spell that caused the same period of time to repeat itself until her customer was satisfied. By day's end, Buffy has had it and drowns her sorrows in alcohol. This line focuses on those three "tests" and how Buffy is incapable at getting back into her life, even though something like slaying demons comes naturally to her.

"Evil-Lint Buffy": Buffy is put under the spell of a piece of "evil lint" which causes a time warp and for her whole day to speed up. After destroying the lint, Buffy is bewildered and looks around to see what caused the incident. The figure is painted with a worried look that shows dismay.

The figure comes with a grassy base to represent the school's campus as well as a bag which held Buffy's belongings.

"Construction-Worker Buffy": After her attempt at returning to school failed, Buffy went to work with her friend Xander at a construction site. She is decked out in a hard hat as well as a utility belt with pliers and a hammer. While her day has not made sense so far, she is glad to be "building things with her hands" and is more than thrilled to not be working retail (her only other option to make an income).

The figure comes with a base of the construction site as well as a lunch box and tool box as accessories.

"Magic-Box-Employee Buffy": When working construction failed, Buffy had no choice but to work at the Magic Box, a store which sells magical supplies. A spell was cast on her, however, that caused a time loop until Buffy could properly satisfy her first customer. Buffy is not able to do so, and almost has a mental breakdown. She is brought to tears and has just about had it.

The figure comes with a base of the Magic Box as well as a counter and cash register.
