My name is Jason DeMarte and I have been collecting comics for 20 years. The Avengers is one of my favorite books and cast of heroes. I have been dabbling in customizing since 1996. I submitted the other Avengers back at Custom Con 10, but the pictures were a little blurry, so I decided to do a parody of the new Justice League figure three packs to give an excuse to show the whole group of Avengers in animated style I have done. Recipes
BEAST - The figure was completely Frankenstiened. The torso is a TNBA Detective Batman, the head a Wolverine X-Men head, the feet are from a Kim Possible McDonalds toy, and the arms and legs are from a Mummys Alive figure. Kneadite was used to fill in the gaps and add details to the face.
SCARLET WITCH - The original figure was a Justice League Mission Vision Wonder Woman. I used an exacto-knife to cut away the hair and used Kneadite for the head piece. The cape was already on the figure and the right color.
WONDER MAN - Base was a Animated Superman. The belt and boot details were sanded off. The hair was trimmed to remove the S-curl.
