Marvel
Legends Sininster 6 Boxset VENOM figure.
Venom was simply a Marvel Legends Sininster
6 Boxset VENOM figure body
with the original head removed and replaced
with a Spiderman Classics
VENOM head. The head was drilled with a hole
to fit into the body so
that in can be interchangeable. The head was
retouched with flat black
paint from Citadel Paints to match the body.
This conversion was done as
the original headsculpt wasn't really that fierce
compared to VENOM in
all his glory... Jaws opened, flicking toungue!
Eddie Brock was also a Marvel Legends Sininster
6 Boxset VENOM figure
body with the original head removed and replaced
with Marvel Legends Mr
Sinister's head. The head had it's red pearl
on the forehead, black
beard and black cheek markings sanded off using
my Black & Decker RTX
rotatry tool. The head was then primed and painted
using Citadel Paints.
4 shades of colour for the face and 3 shades
of colour for the hair for
realism. This conversion was done cos' it's
awesome to have unmasked
characters. Mr Siniter's head was chosen because
of his menacing look
and likeness to Eddie Brock with his flat top
haircut.
