Raving Toy Maniac & CustomCon 10 Present

When the shadow of evil falls across the homeland, the Far East's greatest champions strike for justice:

Wolverine!*  Sunfire!  Shang-Chi!  Big Hero 6!  Jubilation Lee!
For over 4,200 years fans of all ages have been shouting:
Always Admire Asians!

From left to right: the Silver Samurai, Viper, Sunpyre, and the Mandarin

Keniuchio Harada is the unacknowledged son of Japanese crimelord Shingen Harada, former leader of Clan Yashida.  Keniuchio is a mutant with the ability to generate a tachyon field around the sword he wields so that it can slice through any object, except adamantium.  He began training at an early age in bushido, the fighting methods and code of honor of the samurai.  After honoring debts of service to Mandrill and Viper, the Silver Samurai was field commander for Big Hero 6, the Japanese superhero team.  When Sunfire, his cousin and Big Hero 6 teammate, became the leader of Clan Yashida, the Silver Samurai rebelled and swore allegiance to Magneto, in hopes of one day claiming Clan Yashida as his own.

Silver Samurai: 31 points of articulation
Accessory: power samurai sword
Base: Clan Yashida dojo

A master of hand-to-hand and armed combat, this green-haired legend has fronted various terrorist organizations, including the New York cell of Hydra and the Serpent Squad.  She possesses a teleportation ring of alien origin allowing her to escape from unfavorable situations.  She started her criminal career as Madame Hydra, but took on the name Viper after killing its original owner in a power struggle over the Serpent Squad.  In addition to her close alliance with the Silver Samurai, Viper has also worked with the Red Skull.  More recently, she manipulated Wolverine into marriage, enabling her to become leader of the island of Madripoor.

Viper: 40 points of articulation
Accessories: working holsters and power guns
Base: Hand dojo

Leyu Yoshida is the half-sister of Shiro Yoshida, Japan's Sunfire.  Her mutant abilities, similar to Sunfire's, allow her to fly and generate plasma heat blasts.  When Magneto was holding Professor Xavier hostage in Genosha, Jean Grey sent a telepathic cry to Sunfire for his help.  However, Leyu showed up in his place, wearing a similar costume.  After helping the X-Men battle Magneto, Sunpyre followed her brother's example and refused the X-Men's offer to join the team.

Sunpyre: 40 points of articulation
Accessory: trail of flames
Base: Clan Yashida dojo

A villain who knows his jewelry, Mandarin's powers come from the ten rings he wears, one on each finger.  From a flame blast to matter rearrangement, his rings can keep virtually any hero at bay.  Since everyone needs goals, he's out to return China to its dynastic glory - with himself in the top seat, of course.  He's come close to doing just that, occasionally with the aid of the giant dragon, Fing Fang Foom, only to be stopped by Iron Man.

Mandarin: 14 points of articulation
Accessories: five golden rings (x 2)
Base: crashed alien spaceship hull that looks kinda like a dojo

*Ok, Wolverine only loosely qualifies as an Asian Legend, but no toy line is complete without him!
