For 2004, DC Direct has plans to release several statues and maquettes, including the following:

A Batman statue, made by Kotobukiya of Japan. This is a limited edition of 2800 worldwide, with 2500 of those being available through DC Direct. It is 8.5 inches tall and 7 inches wide. It should be in stores on June 2, 2004, with a suggested retail price of $150.

A Superman statue (not pictured here) designed by Jim Lee. Superman will be about 11.5 inches tall and should be in stores on November 24, 2004, with a suggested retail price of $195.

A Wonder Woman statue designed by Tim Hughes and sculpted by Tim Bruckner. This piece depicts Wonder Woman "dispatching" a Hydra, and is about 11 tall, 7.5 inches wide, and 7 inches deep. It should be in stores on August 25, 2004, with a suggested retail price of $195.

Kotobukiya Batman


The Classic Animation Maquettes series continues in 2004. These maquettes are based on the characters as seen in animated series over the years, and each retails for about $89.95. Each of the maquettes was sculpted by John G. Mathews.
