In case you have $200 to blow, may I suggest the recent 1:18 Black Beauty car model from the 1966 Green Hornet TV show? The hood & all four doors open. Rubber tires. (Front tires turn.)

It's about 13-inches long, with very nice details & sleek finishes for what is essentially an all-black Chrysler Imperial. I was hoping the recent Seth GH movie would spawn larger scale, diecast Black Beauties...but no.
There are only 2 downsides to this recent model, IMHO:
G.I.Joes of all years and sizes, plus other toys and action figures!
If you have items to sell, spaces are available for $50 each.
Held at:
Ramada Inn
2900 San Fernando Blvd
Burbank, CA
Show hours are 9AM - 2PM (get there early).
Admission is $5. Parking is free.

Is anyone doing the Force Friday Star Wars deal? I'm only interested in the 6" figures and then only three of those.
Any inside intel on which of the big box stores will have the most stock? Thanks in advance.
Straight from your childhood videogames and onto the shelf comes the original heroic ninja Ryu Hayabusa from the original Ninja Gaiden game! This custom Marvel Legends Ryu was created from a black series Obi-Wan body, resculpted Fantomex head, Scarlet Spider lower legs, Machine Man arms, and Ninja Slayer scarf/hands/accessories. He has real fabric wrappings, belts, and bandages for that premium-format feel and has a posable scarf. Ryu's range of motion is amazing and he comes with a ton of accessories like his Dragon Sword in sheath, ninja arts Windmill star, throwing knives, and grappling hook, all of which can be used on the multiple action base stands.

It's a shame to see how interest & participation in this hobby, and these CustomCons (and this website) have declined over the past 7-8 years. I suppose kids are only interested in video games theses days?

I started collecting figures as an adult while still in grad school. I was a stereotypical POOR college student (A real treat for me was a dinner of sardines & macaroni, cooked in a popcorn popper!), but figures only cost $3-$4? I could afford that.
Now even the cheapest mass-market figures are $20, as the value of the "American peso" drifts lower & lower. And I simply do not understand what the sustainable market may be for the $200-$900 Hot Toys charges for their beautiful, but wildly expensive (not to mention frail) 12" figures!
Hello to everyone,
I have a "theoretical" question for you guys...
Would you be interested in a character statue or bust of some of the characters of "The golden Age of Comics"? (assuming if they would exist and would be a very good quality like the Bowen products)
For those who don't know about these characters, there are some examples...
Your answers are more than appreciated...
Thank you!
Can anyone give me any info on this doll carriage?

Hey all,
Recent good events in my life have brought me to the point where I'm selling off my collection (how often do people sell off for good reasons, huh?).
I have 30+ years of collectibles from being both a collector (I never threw stuff out as a kid) and a graphic designer in the toy industry.
Because of my new job and the long travel I only ship on Saturday's so every Sunday I put stuff up for a 5 day auction starting at low prices because I just want to move stuff!
Just to give you an idea of what's coming: Marvel legends, DC Universe, old BTAS, Star wars, anime, mini mates, kubricks, marx toys, avatar the last airbender prototypes, fast food premiums, wrestling figures, as well as guitar gear and even some of my girlfriends trendy designer clothes.
