World of Warcraft Visa Card

The only thing surprising about this is that it didn't happen sooner.

World of Warcraft® Visa® Rewards Card Announced

Credit Card Reward Points Can Be Redeemed for Game Time in Blizzard Entertainment®'s Popular Massively Multiplayer Online Role-Playing Game

IRVINE, Calif. -- May. 8, 2007 -- Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. today announced that it has partnered with First National Bank of Omaha to offer a Visa Rewards credit card based on Blizzard's industry-leading massively multiplayer online role-playing game, World of Warcraft®. Available in a range of colorful World of Warcraft-themed designs, the card features a number of special benefits, including a reward program that allows cardholders to earn World of Warcraft game time. Furthermore, Blizzard and First National Bank are currently offering a promotional free month of World of Warcraft time to cardholders upon their first use of the card.

"We worked with First National Bank to design a credit card that provides meaningful benefits for World of Warcraft players," stated Paul Sams, chief operating officer of Blizzard Entertainment. "In addition to the benefits it offers, we feel that the World of Warcraft Visa card is another great way for players to represent their gaming passion out in the real world."

Thirteen variations of the World of Warcraft card design are available, including designs for all ten playable character races, as well as for the Horde and Alliance factions and the World of Warcraft logo. Players earn a reward point for every dollar charged on the card, and they can redeem 1500 points at the World of Warcraft community site for a month of play.

"First National Bank is thrilled to offer the World of Warcraft Visa Rewards credit card with Blizzard Entertainment," said Stephen Eulie, President, First National Credit Card Center. "It's another great example of the innovation and customization that have been hallmarks of our company for the past 150 years."

In addition to the World of Warcraft-related benefits, a competitive array of features will come standard with the card. These include:

-- No annual fee
-- Low introductory APR for the first 12 billing cycles
-- Subsequent low interest rates
-- Online access to account information
