Medicom Gets Custom Crazy With New Kubricks Sets

Medicom Toy of Japan has unveiled more upcoming Kubrick products. The little building block style figures have become a runaway hit for the company, and Medicom expands the types of characters offered with each new release.

The latest batch isn't based on any entertainment property like most of the previous releases have been, except for the in-house designed Special Force line of law enforcement figures. This latest batch consists of basic, every day "civilian" type characters. Medicom will also be releasing two "Customize" sets (a boy set, and a girl set) containing mix and match clothing, hairstyles and accessories.

These sets are currently scheduled for a January 2001 release in Japan. No word yet on when, or if, they'll be released stateside.
