Hero Initiative's Ultimate Spider-Man #100 World Tour Comes To Wizard World LA
Congers, NY (February 26, 2007) - Wizard World, the country's foremost touring event for pop culture and comic books, is coming back to Los Angeles on March 16-18 taking place at The Los Angeles Convention Center. The line up for Wizard World includes a very special panel discussion with the writers and creator of NBC Universals hit show "Heroes" Tim Kring. "Heroes" stars Zach Quinto (Sylar), Greg Grunberg (Matt Parkman) and James Kyson Lee (Ando) will be attending the show, to sign autographs and pose for pictures.
Rock legends Gene Simmons and Paul Stanley will be on hand to debut the new KISS 4K comic from Platinum Studios. The oversized "Destroyer Edition" of the book is the world's largest comic ever produced.
Hero Initiative's Ultimate Spider-Man #100 world tour will be making its next stop at Wizard World Los Angeles. The remaining 59 Ultimate Spider-Man #100 covers will be on display exclusively at the show and attendees will have the chance to bid on one of the 10 pieces going up for auction with proceeds benefiting the Hero Initiative. The covers selected for auction include works by Mike Allred, Joe Benitez, Brett Blevins, Dan Jurgens, Michael Lark, Pat Oliffe, Tone Rodriguez, Tim Sale, Frank Springer and Ty Templeton.
