CS Moore Studio: Kull of Atlantis

THE CS MOORE STUDIO SECURES LICENSE FROM PARADOX ENTERTAINMENT

Nov 16, 2006 - Paradox Entertainment has granted The CS Moore Studio the license to create the Robert E. Howard character Kull of Atlantis as a major collector's statue.

Said Clayburn Moore, "Kull is a terrific character and Paradox Entertainment has agreed that this will be sculpted as my interpretation of Kull based solely on the written descriptions found in the source literature. This opportunity to design the pose, the costume and the look of Kull is very exciting for me and I very much look forward to the challenge."

The statue will be released as both a limited, fully painted cold-cast porcelain edition and as a fine art cast bronze edition.

"We couldn't be more pleased with the way this statue has come to fruition. Based on the character description by Robert E. Howard, and designed with the precision and dedication for which The CS Moore Studio is known, Kull truly comes to life in a stunning, exciting, and mythical fashion," said Leigh Stone, Licensing Manager at Paradox Entertainment.

The CS Moore Studio will launch a "Making of Kull" blog in the coming weeks so that collectors can follow the sculpture in development and read Moore's commentary about the statue and the character.

Edition size and pricing will be announced on the CS Moore Studio website as it becomes available. For more information visit: www.csmoorestudio.com.
