Waging War With Intoyz New Armed Forces Line

intoyz_swat_carded.jpg - 19410 BytesThere's a war brewing in toy stores as the resurgence of small scale soldier action figures continues to add new troops. As the new 21st Century Toys Ultimate Soldier XD line battles it out with Hasbro's just-released G.I.Joe: A Real American Hero repaints on the shelves of Toys R Us stores, a newcomer by the name of Intoyz is getting ready to throw it's hat into the ring with it's 4" Armed Forces series of highly detailed, and fully-poseable action figures.

Intoyz first releases in the Armed Forces line will focus on SWAT (Special Weapons and Tactics) Members, "Elliot" (SWAT Member with Shotgun, shown left), "Davis", (SWAT Member with Rifle), "Spencer" (SWAT Member with Ram) and "Brown" (SWAT Member with Shield)

This first assortment will be shipping to retailers beginning late this week. Currently the figures are only carried by a handful of stores, but Intoyz is working hard at getting a wider distribution for the line. A list of current online retailers carrying Armed Forces can be found at Intoyz website.

Intoyz has plans to expand the 4" Armed Forces series with a lineup of Navy Seals figures, and an assortment of World War II themed figures.

The company is also working on 12" figures, accessories and uniform sets. The first 12" figures are expected to be availble in late December or early 2001.

RTM will bring you more information from this exciting up-and-coming toy company as it becomes available. Stay tuned!
