MGA: Shrek Master Toy & Game License

MGA ENTERTAINMENT AWARDED MASTER TOY AND GAMES LICENSE FOR SHREK

Los Angeles - February 9, 2006 - MGA Entertainment, Inc. announced today that it has signed a master toy and games licensing agreement with DreamWorks Animation SKG for the Shrek entertainment franchise.

The two-year agreement gives MGA the rights to bring Shrek-themed products to retail beginning Spring 2007, in conjunction with the theatrical release of the third film in the Shrek franchise. Under the license, MGA will produce innovative products across a wide range of categories, including Dolls and Collectible Figures, Plush, Youth Electronics, Games, Puzzles and Room D�cor.

"Shrek is a modern classic in family entertainment and an evergreen brand in family entertainment," said Isaac Larian, CEO of MGA Entertainment. "We think that the Shrek franchise has great potential to be a broad toy program across our entire company, and we look forward to creating fun and innovative products that deliver all the fun of such beloved and well-known characters."
