First 4 Figures: Transformers Art Contest Announced!
Calling all Transformers Artists!
September 1, 2005 - First 4 Figures is proud to announce a partnership with Transformer World 2005 for an art contest like no other! Starting from today, contestants have one month (October 1, 2005) to submit an original picture of a SD Transformer, in either 2D or 3D form. The grand prize winner will have their entry immortalised into an actual statue which will go into development as soon as the winner has been decided. The winner will be decided by public vote.
Here are the rules for the contest:
1) Entries to be submitted to TFW2005 before October 1, 2005
2) Must be coloured and of a single SD Transformer
3) SD Transformer can be of anyone, any generation
4) Entries will be judged on style, detail and pose
How the winner is selected:
1) The staff at TFW2005 will choose the top 10 entries and will reveal them by October 5, 2005
2) From the top 10, the Top 5 will be voted on for 2 weeks by means of an invisible vote at the TFW2005 website
3) The top 5 will be voted on for 2 weeks on the First 4 Figures website for the top 3 winners.
The top 10 entrants will have their work collaged into a digital print with full credit given.
