November 4, 2004 - SOTA Toys regrets to announce a delay in current shipments of Street Fighter Series 1 action figures.

The most recent shipment of SOTA Toys' products from our factories overseas failed to include a full container's worth of Street Fighter figures. Upon investigation of the shipment, it was found that the container was destroyed before loading onto the ship for delivery to the US. This information was not given to us until after we were expecting the figures into port. SOTA Toys' investigation of this incident is ongoing.

"With the interest in Street Fighter figures so high, I felt that our fans should know about this untimely set-back immediately," said SOTA Toys' president Jerry Macaluso, "Because of this, we have sped up our later shipments in order to fulfill orders on a timely basis and expect to have more on or around the first week of December. We appreciate your patience in this situation and apologize for the inconvenience."

Street Fighter Series 1 figures have been released already through Tower Records, Hot Topic, Diamond Distributors as well as from Gamestop and other online & retail stores.
