New Arrivals at SmallJoes.com

SmallJoes.com

August 10, 2004 - (Sponsor Announcement) - News from SmallJoes.com:

Hi all,

We wanted to tell you about a few new things going on at SMALLJOES.COM.

GI JOE

We have just recently restocked the Comic 3-Pack assortment featuring the Hawk / Stalker / Clutch, Scarlett / Snake-Eyes / Kwinn, and Baroness /
Cobra Commander / Cobra sets. The Hawk / Stalker / Clutch pack is short packed in current case assortments and thus we are limiting purchase quantities for now. In September, the case assortment pack-out changes slightly with a majority pack out of the Hawk / Stalker/ Clutch pack and at that time we will remove the purchase limit on this set.

Valor vs. Venom wave 3 is currently in stock.

We have the new GI JOE Thunderwing jet in stock. Some customers have expressed a concern that the Toys R Us release of this jet includes a bonus second figure - Ace. We have confirmed that this Ace is identical to the version included with the Tigerhawk. So, assuming you already have a Tigerhawk, you can purchase any non-TRU version of the Thunderwing jet without missing out on anything.

Night Force Grizzly Tank will be restocked shortly.

Battle Hornet and Neutralizer vehicles have been restocked.

We have a limited restock of the GI JOE and Cobra mech vehicles. At this time both are limited to two each per customer / address. We will continue to work with Hasbro to obtain more quantity of these popular items.

New Bravo vehicles continue to be delayed. We are hoping for a mid-
late September release at this point.

Coming very soon are the Cobra Urban Strike Team 6-pack, GI JOE Anti-
Venom 6-pack, and GI JOE VAMP jeep w/ Whirlwind set including two figures.

BOOKS & COMICS

New book offering: GI JOE - Now You Know - a guide to the GI JOE cartoon and comic book series. This unparalleled comic-size trade paperback delves into the details of all your favorite G.I. Joe TV and comic memories, including extensive plot summaries, reviews, top ten lists, a toy price guide and scads of categories on nearly 100 TV stories. 336 pages, square bound.

As always, we have the latest GI JOE and related comic books. In addition to the regular GI JOE series this fall we will see the second installments of GI JOE vs. Transformers from Devil's Due and Pat Lee's Transformers GI JOE from Dreamwave. We will be carrying both series including all special collectible covers.

It was stated at the recent GI JOE convention that the GI JOE: Frontline series will not be returning. Instead, Devil's Due will focus on periodic limited series runs when they want to tell a story outside of the plotline of the main series (the Master & Apprentice ltd. series being the first example of this new approach).

The Specwar comics are on sale - get them before they're gone.

21ST CENTURY: XTREME DETAIL

21st Century has released their first new figure assortment in over a year, consisting of seven U.S. and German WW2 Battle of the Bulge figures. Also included in this assortment are three different General George S. Patton figures.

Recently added aircraft are the German Stuka dive bomber in green splinter camo and the RAF Spitfire - 610 Squadron.

Coming very soon: F4U-1A Checkboard Corsair, German Tiger 1 Tank (Eastern Front Camo), P-40B Warhawk "Flying Tigers", and UG-1C Huey Helicopter (1st Air Cavalry).

BLUE BOX: ELITE FORCE

We are extremely pleased to announce the arrival of one of the finest 1:18 scale military toys ever created: the new F/A-18C Hornet. This beautiful scale piece is over three feet long, over two feet wingspan, with incredible detail features.

In a few months we should also have an F-16 for the Elite Force line.

There should be two new figure assortments and a new assortment of weapon/accessory packs forthcoming - hopefully in the next few months.

TRAIL TROOPERS PARATROOPERS BY DUSTY TRAIL TOYS

New! 4" detailed action figures with real working parachutes featuring authentic parachute material and a non-tangling design. For the first time in years a company is producing a real, high-quality parachute action figure. You will not find these tangled or broken even after many, many throws. Your biggest concern will be nearby trees. :)

GI JOE 3 3/4" customizers take note.

TALKING PRESIDENTS 12" FIGURES

New! Each 12" presidential action figure features hand-tailored clothing, over 20 button-activated speech phrases, biographical pamplet with rare photos, high quality collector box, and individually numbered certificate of authenticity. All Talking Presidents are limited edition runs. Great gift idea for the history or political aficionado friend of family member.

MICROMAN

Our next Microman offering will be Devilman (anime version), due in a few weeks' time.

There will be a lot of new Microman product coming up through the end of the year, including but not limited to: Bio-Machines (figures w/ small vehicles that can merge to form a bit robot), various DC Comics properties including Catwoman, Batgirl, another Batman. Also Devilman & Silene (comic versions) 2-pack. Finally, a military-themed line, details for which have not yet been revealed.

U.S. distribution of the Lady Microman series of four has been confirmed for late 2004.

Release of the Microman version of Spider-man has been postponed in Japan due to licensing problems.

Thanks for reading, and we hope you'll stop by and check out the site
soon.

Regards,
