December 2003 - New Elite Force Modern Military Action Figure from bbi

One look at this figure and the challenges of an actual Navy SEAL is brought to life through the equipment and gear that bbi includes. At first glance, you notice the Strike Force Vest. That piece of equipment would seem fair enough for a 1:6 scale replica. But you know bbi always give you a little something extra. Open the vest and you will find a removable plate. The Navy SEALs are a versatile force and capable of handling any task at hand. Counted among their skills is the ability to board, assault and secure enemy-occupied ships and oil rigs. Boarding hostile vessels on the open sea is a dangerous operation and remote locations as well as changing weather and nautical conditions makes shipboard assaults extremely precarious. In 1988, the SEALs found an Iranian minelayer and successfully boarded the vessel and took control of the ship. Later, during the Gulf War, they assaulted Kuwaiti oilrigs occupied by Iraqi forces. Today, they SEALs continue to protect the U.S. and its allies.
