Toy Biz is returning to the squared circle with a ton of new World Championship Wrestling action figures planned for 2000.

Most of what the company has in the works can be seen in RTMs Toy Biz Toy Fair 2000 coverage, but Toy Biz has recently released new catalog shots of the figure assortments in stores now, or due very soon including Power Slam, ThunderSlam 2 packs, Road Rebels, Battle Arms and June's big Spash and Bash water-themed line.

WCW has been a big seller for Toy Biz, and the line extensions planned for 2000 are proving to be some of their most creative yet as the company finds new and interesting ways to present and represent the top WCW talent like Goldberg, Sting and Bret Hart.

This year will see the WCW superstars enter realms of fantasy and science fiction as they becomes superheroes and cyborgs in assortments due later this year, as the property takes advantage of the connection to creative powerhouse Marvel Comics.

Marvel Comics has a WCW SLAM Force comic book series currently in the works, and Toy Biz will be right there with a line based on the comic.
