Hellraiser Action Figures

click to see much larger imageJanuary 2003 - NECA has unveiled their first series of action figures based on the Hellraiser films: - Pinhead (HR1)
- Chatterer (HR2 Hellbound)
- CD (HR3 Hell on Earth)
- Chatter Beast (HR4 Bloodline)
- Wire Twin (Tongue out - HR5 Inferno)
- Stitch (HR6 Hellseeker)
Each of the figures will come with a base and accessories, with more to be revealed at Toy Fair in February. This series will not have any variants or chase figures.
NECA has also raised the edition size for their Pinhead resin statue: "Initially we were going to produce 1000 statues but we had orders for over 3000 in the first 2 hours. We decided to increase the run to 1500 and add a limited edition of 150 Artist Proofs. We wanted to keep the statue limited and offer Hellraiser fans something truly special with this inaugural figure," says NECA President Joel Weinshanker.
The Wire Twins 2 and 1/2 Pack Exclusive
In addition to the regular single-packed figures, NECA is producing a limited edition pack with the Wire Twins. This set is limited to just 10,000 pieces, and will be available through comic shops and specialty retailers who use Marz Distribution as their distributor. The Twins in this set have different head sculpts and unique body details. Also included in the set is the Chattering Torso from Inferno. At the request of Marz, one set per case will have a "blood spattered" paint deco.
