Jet Force Gemini and Perfect Dark To Become Toys?

4kids_logo.jpg - 4677 Bytes4Kids Entertainment Inc. has reached an agreement with Rare Limited, a leading video game developer, for 4Kids' licensing division Leisure Concepts, Inc.(LCI) to represent merchandising rights for two new video games developed by Rare Limited, Jet Force Gemini and the much anticipated Perfect Dark. These video games are sold exclusively by Nintendo for Nindendo's N64 and Game Boy platforms. Under the agreement, LCI will solicit and negotiate with third parties for the license throughout the world of all merchandising, tie-in rights and publishing rights. LCI will also represent these properties on a non-exclusive basis for all motion picture and television rights.

Created by the same team that developed GoldenEye 007 the best selling game of 1998, Perfect Dark begins as a simple reconnaissance mission for special agent Joanna Dark, and evolves into a global conspiracy as players weave their way through a tale of intrigue and raw adrenaline. Perfect Dark uses an enhanced 3-D engine and technologies to deliver unparalleled action-based, first person and multi-player interactive entertainment.

"We are pleased to be working with Rare Ltd. and we are excited about the opportunities the video game titles Perfect Dark and Jet Force Gemini can bring to our company," stated Al Kahn, Chairman and CEO of 4Kids Entertainment Inc.
