June 15, 2002 - Sideshow Toy has unveiled a new addition to their series of 12-inch action figures based on the American Civil War - General Thomas J. "Stonewall" Jackson.

General Jackson is one of the few Confederate Generals remembered in modern times outside of the South. The nickname "Stonewall" was given to him at the Battle of 1st Manassas.

The General Jackson action figure comes with:

• VMI Federal pattern forage cap with McDowell brim
• Superior Officers frock coat with generals sleeve Braiding
• Officers trousers
• Mounted Pattern boots with spurs
• 1850 US Field and Staff officers saber and scabbard
• Field glasses and case
• Haversack with leather sling

The General Jackson figure will ship in November/December 2002 with a price of around $40 USD.
