June 13, 2002 - NECA has alerted us that their Up in Smoke action figures of Cheech and Chong are "on the water," meaning that they are now being shipped across the Pacific from Aisa to North America. These figures should be in stores in mid-July: look for them at Spencer's, Suncoast, and comic book and specialty stores.
