Robotech Masterpiece Volume One

May 6, 2002 - Robotech fans, the wait is over! Toynami is pleased to announce that the first shipment of Rick Hunter's VF-1J is complete and on its way to the U.S.A! At the request of our major distributors, however, we will be holding back delivery of this highly anticipated product until the entire production run is complete and ready to be shipped. This way, we can ensure that all retailers receive their orders at the same time, so that everyone who pre-ordered gets theirs right away, and everyone who wasn't able to pre-order gets an equal chance to find one.
So what does it all mean? It means that "Robotech: Splashdown" is scheduled for June 19, 2002. On that date, all shipments go out, and not long after, the Masterpiece VF-1J will be all yours.
