Coming Soon: Control Animatronic Toys Online

LOS ANGELES, Nov. 27 -- United Internet Technologies, Inc. a wholly owned subsidiary of United Leisure Corporation, a developer and marketer of interactive control technologies, today announced it has received a Notice of Allowance from the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) for its Patent Application describing a system for controlling animatronic devices over the Internet through chat rooms. United Leisure expects that the patent will be issued once it complies with certain requirements dictated by the USPTO.

The invention described within the patent application makes it possible to control animatronic devices over the Internet, PDA's, wireless cell networks and other types of digital networks.

Brian Shuster, Chairman, President and CEO of United Leisure stated, "We are very pleased to have received this Notice of Allowance. We believe the ability to control animatronic devices over the Internet and other networks provides us with the opportunity to develop a new class of Internet enabled devices. We are focusing our efforts on forming strategic relationships with leading Internet portals and with consumer electronics manufacturers to create a range of Internet enabled devices for the home."

"We envision the first application of our technology will be Internet enabled smart toys. Our strategy is to create Internet enabled animatronic toys in partnership with companies with manufacturing, distribution and marketing expertise and to license our technology to toy and consumer electronics companies. We have already developed prototypes such as the Terminator endoskeleton unveiled at the International Toy Fair in February of this year. We have also secured a license from Warner Bros. to create animatronic devices based on certain of the Looney Tunes characters."

In August of this year the Company received a Notice of Allowance from the USPTO for its Patent Application describing a method and apparatus for controlling medical monitoring devices over the Internet and other networks.

LOONEY Tunes, characters, names and all related indicia are trademarks of Warner Bros. (C) 2001.
