| eToys Drops Lawsuit Against Swiss Artists |
 There's been a lot of hoopla online recently over the lawsuit that eToys had filed against a group of Swiss artists who have been operating a (non-toy related) website under the name Etoy. Now, eToys has dropped the suit against the artists.

 X-Toys looks to have a strong showing at this years Toy Fair with their already announced Saturday Night Live and Elvis figure lines. The company has also announced a partnership with Dragon Models to distribute their 12" figures in the U.S. and plans to produce an Extreme Sports figure line in a variety of scales.
