Comments: One of two figures in this series from the StarJammers, Raza joined its series-mates in the clearance bins. An interesting job of sculpting, but the action feature leaves something to be desired. Raza has ball joints at the shoulders which aid in activating the action feature. Unfortunately, this makes the articulation a bit funky. Raza can only hold his pistol to the side and the swashbuckling action is very limited.

Perhaps this figure, along with its teammate Ch'od, prefigured the Phoenix Saga Series by launching the X-Men figures into outer space. Both Raza and Ch'od were featured in the Phoenix Saga story arc in the comics as members of the StarJammers.

While this may have been an obscure choice for a figure that might have caught the attention of hard-core fans, the reality of the situation was that Raza collected dust on the shelves and is still occasionally found in retail outlets.
