I have Toynami's 8 inch Vehicle Voltron and I was looking for a Lion Voltron in near the same scale to go with him. I looked at the Toynami Vinyl Lion Voltron, but he's hideous with the solid lion mouths and all. Is Mattel's blazing sword Voltron near the same scale?

My brother just called from his comic book run to say that the store on Newbury St. has Legends Wave 2. A variant case, even. Prices range from $22 for Bucky Cap to $49.99 for the variant (red & white) Wrecking Crew guy. Black and white FF Spidey is $45, which is ridiculous. I guess at least I'll get to see it if I swing by the store later, which is honestly more than I expected.

Can Some give me some info on this Final Fantasy VII Advent Children Action Figure. Says #5. Who is this guy?

I hate complaining about Matty but I've hit the point of frustration with them. I've been buying He-Man on and off since the beginning and due to Shadow Weaver being a sub exclusive, jumped onto the sub for the first time this year.

So far:

January: Jewelstar ponytail is cracked and breaking off from the moment I opened her. Tallstar's right leg peg won't support her weight. I called Matty/DR Customer Service somewhere in SE Asia and after a daunting call was told a ticket would be opened and someone would get back to me.

No one has.

February: Photog shipped separately from Fisto/Sorceress/Shadow Weaver causing me two shipping charges despite the fact we were told the shipping would be combined. Then after waiting 14 days after the sale date I got my Shadow Weaver today and her head is stuck in the hood off alignment. Honestly I don't trust Matty enough to send the figure back and actually believe I'd get a replacement. And the head won't budge inside the hood.

Does anyone have any ideas how to get Matty's attention or fix the Shadow Weaver head?

Any thoughts on how I should proceed?

Spent some time these past weekends, painting up my favorite old Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle Toys. These molds are surprisingly extremely detailed. (more so than I remember as a child) They were all just painted crazy neon colors

2 local Walmarts have clearances for the vintage SWs at $4.00. The Hartland, Mi had the new case with the
deleted scene 5 figures on the pegs. I scanned the new ones and no price; took a peg sticker up to checkout
and actually got the five deleted figures for $4.00 each. Sweet deal. It's worth the effort.
A third Walmart I stopped at didn't have the clearance stickers, nor did they have any Vintage SW anyway.

While I enjoyed the movie, I am really a huge fan of the figure line.

Months later, I still find myself posing Bucky Cap, Ultimate Cap, Crossbones and even gray urban camo Cap all the time. In fact, Ultimate Cap took control of the Quinjet this morning.

Despite articulation issues, the line is still solid to me. I like the trend of doing movie related versions with some classic comic style figures as well and hope this trend continues.

I picked up a kickass looking Hawkeye that looks more like a Cobra character than a superhero....but I like it!
