When can I expect another markdown at Walmart?
Saw a TV commercial a week ago for Walmart clearance items being marked off another 50%, but trips to two stores the following day resulted in no price changes (other than GL singles being down to $1.50). When can I expect new toy markdowns? (Or is it a store-by-store thing?)
One WM in my area had the latest batch of MU 3 packs clearanced for $9 each (XForce, Fantastic4 and the green guy with the racoon and the dude with the neat helmet).
Of course, the Walmart most convenient to me had them at full price of $19.99 .
I think it's hit & miss depending on your area.
same thing here. found 3 mu sentinels for $25 while the wm closest to me has them at $40. i'm hitting the $25 sentinels wm next week in hopes that things are cheaper still.

Wow, $25 Sentinels? Nice! I wish Galactus would go down in the TRUs he's still in...I want another one...especially a Dark Version.
The WMs near me rarely crop prices a second time. At one I still find clearance items they've shuffled around for a few years still just a buck or two below retail (cheer up, WWE Unmatched Fury Bobby Lashley from 4 years ago, someone will buy you some day!). I was surprised to see Green Lantern singles marked down to $1, it's the first time I've seen figures drop more than 50% there, the Generator Rex stuff next to them was still $3.
