Found Wave 5 (the Flashpoint wave) today at K-Mart in Wauwatosa, WI. Found all four sets (Flash/Captain Cold, Wonder Woman/Aquaman, Cyborg/Element Woman and Project Superman/Batman) for $6.99 each.

Thanks, I'll keep an eye out. It was almost a year between waves 3 and 4 hit shelves, so I was hoping 5 wouldn't take until next Christmas!
